We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
2. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund, follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund or replacement.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
- For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through store credit or bank transfer.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used, opened, or damaged products (unless they arrived damaged).
- Products without original packaging or labels.
- Clearance or promotional sale items.
5. Exchange Policy
